Ice Cream Catering Packages
Experience handcrafted awesomeness with any of our catering packages. From a simple drop off of treats to a totally private POPtruck experience, we are happy to customize any package to be exactly what you desire. Since we handcraft everything just for you, our packages feature all inclusive pricing and the option for add-ons and customization to make your event uniquely you. POPtruck (Full Service)
The total HipPOPs experience, exclusively yours! The POPtruck will show up at your event site for one hour, and serve your guests a variety of gourmet creations.
Starting at: 100 POPs (or 200 babyPOPs) & 1 hour of service for $875
POPup Gelato Bar/ Table Service
One of our POPstars is all yours, customizing the tastiest creations your guests can dream up. You select the type of treats and we bring the dipping chocolate and toppings of your choice.
Starting at: 50 POPs (or 100 babyPOPs) & 60 minutes of service for $545
The BIG Quickie
We drive up in the POPtruck and you have a half-hour to enjoy a selection of treats made just the way you and your guests want.

POP it Yourself
We encourage you to play with your food. We supply the treats, dipping chocolates, toppings and you supply the creativity dipping and POPing your ideal treat.

You tell us how many guests and we drop off a cooler full of pre-made treats to get your party started.

- 1. As compensation for its services, the client shall pay HipPOPs LLC. the total sum stated above, which shall be paid as follows: 50% as a non-refundable deposit upon signing of this invoice and the balance of invoice shall be paid 2 weeks prior to engagement.
- 2. Client agrees to exercise reasonable care in safeguarding the equipment of HipPOPs. It is also understood that any loss, theft, or damage caused by the actions of any party, not within the control of HipPOPs LLC. shall be the sole responsibility of the client. The client shall also bear the sole responsibility for the safety of their guests.
- 3. HipPOPs LLC. takes pride in delivering an innovative, fun, and customizable alternative to typical dessert options, while ensuring that all ingredients are authentic and each experience is memorable. We reserve the right to take pictures at the event to share with our clients.
- 4. Cancellation Policy: If the party is canceled within 30 days of the scheduled event, the balance due must be paid in full.
- 5. In the event of Incremental weather, where a POPup is being used outdoors, The client agrees to provide the necessary enclosure for the setup in order to prevent exposure to rain, wind or sun. Furthermore, the client agrees to pay an additional $200 equipment charge if set up and team members are exposed to the elements.
